Sweet & Tangy Chicken
Adapted from a Campbell's Soup recipe - I cooked this the other night and it was a huge hit, even from the newly-fussy teenage eater. I used chicken tenderloins and stretched the sauce for additional servings.
Makes 6 servings
Sweet & Tangy Chicken
- 6 boneless chicken breasts (or tenderloins)
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Hot cooked rice
