Peanut Butter-Kiss Cookies

Peanut Butter-Kiss Cookies
Makes 36 cookies


2 cups peanut butter
2 Eggs
2 cups Granulated sugar
36 Milk chocolate kisses

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine sugar, peanut butter and eggs.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and immediately place a chocolate kiss in center of each cookie. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.

NOTE: If dough is too sticky to roll into balls, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to make firmer.

  3. I know Alicia, they are in my top 10. I had another recipe that called for Bisquick which was also good but it seemed like they always burned.

    Kat me too - I wish they would be around in my house longer than a day. =)
